CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ Cancellation & Deposit Policy ✨ A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service balance at the time of your appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for you and allows me the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
